VHM develops and manufactures billet split heads for major models of 2-stroke motocross and enduro motorcycles. The special aluminum alloy of which these heads are made significantly increases the cooling capacity of the engine and decreases the phenomenon of detonation.
The quality of the product, ease of installation and speed of replacement of the inner insert are the strong points of these heads! Several different inserts are provided for each motorcycle model so that you can characterize the delivery according to your needs.
The head body includes the insert which is to be chosen according to one's needs. VHM heads are always mounted via O-ring seals. If not provided in the standard configuration they are supplied with the head.
insert with - volume (cc) --> + compressed --> very compressed and ready at the expense of elongation
insert with + volume (cc) --> - compressed --> less compressed with more elongation
